Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and receive your unique return reference number.
Prepare the Goods
Ensure all flooring packs are unopened, undamaged, and securely palletized or packaged to prevent movement during transit back to our warehouse.
Arrange Collection or Delivery
You can choose to drop off the items at our central hub or request a professional courier collection, though please note that carriage charges will apply for collections.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
